This is a gorgeous and rare y2k mini dress with a beautiful and vibrant butterfly print. Fun and flirty layered skirt with a bit of rushing along the side of the waist for a super flattering fit. Material has some stretch to it but I would suggest for an xs or small! In new condition aside from what appears to be staining on the garment hang loop (not sure if it was intentional or happened from dying the dress or what?).
