Rare find! Herschel Waterproof Belt bag with adjustable straps.

This rare piece is waterproof and has a front zippered pocket and two pockets inside. Main colour is a dark navy with camo, and fun red striped fabric on the inside of the bag. It’s large enough to fit your phone, sunglasses, keys, and a snack! Used only a couple of times.
