Raw silk.

This raw silk high waisted skirt looks brand new. The colour is a green blue that shimmers in the light. Think mermaid tale colouring? I purchased over the winter in hopes of wearing it over the summer with a white tee and some fresh kicks. Unfortunately it’s too small. It does have the slighted water spot. Which you can see at the end on the video. The waist measures 14 3/4” the length is 24 1/4 long . Hip is 19 1/2 “ at the widest point. Approximately 11” down from the waistband.
