shadesoverboys @snippycat .. yes. :( I live in a building where Canada post only has access to the mail room. Because the package is larger then the regular mail slot they would put a key to a larger secure mail box. I never received a key or paper notification to go to pick up location which happens for shoe box size delivery.

shadesoverboys Bc of this covid19 I had a really hard time getting threw to Canada post after I saw it was marked delivered. Now they state the the shipper must open up a ticket with the tracking number. I contacted Poshmark as well via email .. no reply.

snippycat @shadesoverboys Uugh I’m so sorry, that’s very frustrating. I’ve also reached out to Poshmark for support and I will see if I can find the tracking number to help open a ticket with Canada Post. I’ll keep you updated.
