Very cute and lightweight summer dress. Skirt flows softly from the waist and over the hips to above the knee. Was a thrifted item that may be handmade. Fitted bodice (size C or D cup fits nicely) Mid-waistline looks great with a wide belt. Fun and flirty florals sure to be a hit this Spring!
