Rayon blouse size US L

I'm not sure about the brand because the tags were removed due to itchiness. Blouse is purchased from Winners. It's 95 percent rayon, super soft, pretty romantic cut. Size is no longer good for me. It's loose and roomy, very comfortable. Ptp is around 23 inches and from top to bottom is 28 inches.
