R.c.m.p Bear Tie by Oscardo.

So unique. Still in unopened package. Slight rip in the packaging. The description of the maker of this type is in the picture. This tie has been in my family for quite some time. I found it way back in the closet at my fathers. Not sure how old it is. Time for the Bears to find a new home.
