ReVamped Baby Blue Collared Dress

Elegant baby blue dress with versatile styling options and ideal for both pleasure and business. Purchased this a few years ago and don’t think I ever actually ended up wearing it. I bought it in three colours because I thought it was such a cute dress. It’s short on me as I have large hips and a large behind but it would fit better on someone less curvy or you could style it as a shirt. Sleeves can roll up and have a button to keep them that way. For reference, I am 5.1” and 165 pounds!
