Bought this online from forever 21 last year. It was sold as an XL but is clearly an XXXS lol. Seems to have been a manufacturer issue as lots of people had the same issue Missed the exchange window Please see photos for measurements. There is stretch in the body of the dress but not as much in the armpit because of the non-slip elastic they used Someone tiny could probably make this work Super cute. Can be Upcycled
