bevhancock @ayrshb hi, I checked the tracking as well. Says the item is still on the way and will be updated shortly. I’ll keep checking daily. Seems to be in Calgary. There is a place to report a problem at the bottom of the page of your purchase. Perhaps that can help you? It was mailed so long ago, so odd. I will keep checking and if I get any updates I’ll let you know.
