Rebecca Minkoff Mini Regan Tote

Lightly used authentic Rebecca Minkoff Mini Regan Tote. Purchased without realizing it was a shiny worn leather (I thought it was pebbled leather) so hardly used. In good condition but missing the tassels that attach to the top handles. Comes with cross body strap.
