Red Buttoned Blouse with Peter Pan Collar

Stunning vintage top from the early 90's. I would style it like a cardigan sweater over a tank. The chiffon is semi translucent (probably the style at the time was to wear it over a black bra - yes I remember this style, early 90's were the best lol). Some buttons are missing a bit of paint (in photos) but the extra button is present and could be swapped out if desired. Pit to pit: 19" flat Waist: 18" flat Length 18"
