these pants are in excellent used condition. 76% rayon 20% nylon 4% spandex. waist is 16.5, rise is 10.5, inseam is 22.5 and hips are 20. they have a nice thick elastic waistband. Waistband is, is a bit overstretched but has not lost its elasticity as you can see in last pic. Still in fantastic shape.
