Vintage Miss Bierner by Michael Howard red 100% wool felt wide brim hat has wide ribbon around the crown with flat black ribbon bow at the back. Has skinny elastic band that can be worn tucked inside or under the chin. Lightweight & comfortable to wear. Made in USA. Inner circumference is approx. 21". Length of hat measured front-to-back of brim is 12 1/2". Height of hat is 3". Good vintage condition, a few small dust spots from storage.
