Red Folter Dress

Classic style dress that hits just below the knee. Capped sleeves, ruching at the waist, and a stylish bow at the neckline. Fits close to the body through the bodice but has plenty of stretch. Skirt has lovely flow, perfect for dancing. Also available in black. Made in USA Some pilling on the sides that I have removed and is barely noticeable. The hem is coming undone under one of the arms, but is an easy fix and doesn't affect wearability. Great condition, but well loved and shows some normal signs of wear.
