Altered File Folder - Red & Green Christmas This altered file folder has pockets, envelopes, bags and tuck spots. It is full of notepads, notebooks, journalling cards and tags. The fabric and lace add a delicate touch. The folder closes with a piece of lace. The overall dimensions are 12 inches x 10 inches x 3 1/2 inches. Items used for my creations are new, vintage or made to look vintage.
