Red Japanned Sherman Earrings

These are the most coveted of Gustaves Sherman jewelry as they are rare red japanned pieces. They command a extremely high price even at auctions. I can certainly see why, looking at this set. The very high quality Swarovski red rhinestones are dazzling and catch the light like no other stones I have seen. . Earrings are the clip- on type and each piece in this vintage set is signed. NOTE: The rarest colors of Sherman are black, fuchsia, deep purple, yellow and red. The jewelry that has the black japanned plating with red, white, blue, green stones or fashion pearls and the jewelry with five or six totally different colors in one item are also very collectible and rare.
