Red Pleated A-line Skirt

I think it looks cute.. but not on moi, as it doesn't fit. It's wayy too small on me to wear comfortably. Since iam not going to wear it, iam selling it. For an idea of the size: My waist is 67cm/26.5" My hips are 90.2cm/35.5" The item has a brand name tag on it, but doesn't list the materials, so iam not sure what it's made of.
