Red Shein Dress

Bought this dress from Shein but it was too big. It fits a true large but perhaps with a larger bust than I have ( I have a b/c cup). I did make a cut on the left cup to see if I could remove the cups (I could not). This does not affect the structure of the dress but I will be selling for cheap because I realize it’s not perfect condition. Never worn, pet and smoke free home.
