This is by slow-fashion brand Chelsea Reece. It is very high quality and also be prepared that the dress itself is kinda heavy (I weighed it around 1.5 kg) so it falls really nicely. It also has a very full skirt for a dramatic twirling effect. And it has POCKETS!
