The fur is fake
The belt/sash can be removed and the coat can be worn without it.

@freshfromthenst for sure! the length is 31 inches, waist is 18 inches and the shoulder to shoulder width is about 16.5 inches

@badglamma Personally, I think it's more of a late fall coat. Could maybe be worn in winter (0 to -15) with a warm layer underneath.
