Red Urban Behavior Tulip Skirt

Red tulip style skirt from Urban Behavior. Has pleating in the front and pockets on both sides. Very stretchy fabric. No size tag but due to stretch I’d say it’s a large. I purchased this secondhand for a Velma costume. There are some looser stitches, see photos. Waist: 15” Length: 22”
