Red Velvet Cocktail party dress

Red velvet dress with a V-neckline and 3/4 sleeves. It has a rhinestone belt and a back zipper closure. The dress is fitted. I purchased this in Romania from a local clothing store. All their items are designed and made in Romania. It’s really well done as you can see from the inside finishing. I only wore it once at a New Year’s celebration in Paris and it has been dry cleaned.
