Tropical wear size 3xl about a 14 ( it fits me I am a size 14 or xl). Vintage retro: What does that mean? Ot is vintage made in the 1990s, when it was made in the 90s it was made to look like an older style. The fabric has stretch. The original belt I no longer have, so no belt is included.
