Red and Black Polka Dot Midi/Maxi Tiered Skirt Seamstress Made. Vintage!

Adorable!!!! So well crafted and special. Hidden back zipper with wide waistband. Red with black polka dots and black trim. First tier acts as a peplum and the skirt becomes more voluminous with each tier. Sorry, no stretch. I can tell you without hesitation that this dress has been made by a seamstress and it is impeccable… in both its fabrication and condition. Please check measurements as there is no size tag nor fabric content tag. I can assure you the fabric is lovely.
