Dex bohemian dress with eyelet fabric and ruffles. Shoulders tie, enabling customization of the fit. Zipper on side, no pockets. Worn but in excellent condition. Flat measurements: 23” pit to pit Waist = pit to pit measurement but is cinched with light elastic.
