Red burgundy leather “snakeskin skirt

This skirt is really cute but too big for me. Look at photos and video for rip near the zipper. It isn't really noticeable when you are wearing it especially with a sweater but I did try to fix it and sew it. I have included a video and a bunch of photos. I am not the best seamstress but it looks really good! There is also a bit of fraying at the slit in the skirt. It's labeled as a 9 but I would say it translates to a size 8. Measurements are: Waist is 15 inches Length is 21 inches Let me know if you have any questions.
