Red colourful 90s play dress

Bright red and colourful summer play dress. Manhattan children’s wear 100% cotton, marked size 12 girls but also fits women’s XS. The skirt and top attach with buttons so this can also be worn as separates. Pockets on the skirt and a decorative pocket on the chest. I love this piece so much, it unfortunately doesn’t fit anymore. Amazing statement piece for a summer picnic! Waist is 25”, pit to pit is 15.5” flat, hips are about 40”
