Red crepe Dress

The Birthday Dress! Gorgeous red crepe fabric, sexy v neck dress with cinched waist and flowing skirt. Very feminine. V at back as well. She was worn only once over a decade ago and she deserves another life. Size: tag says Medium but it is NOT. Very tiny, size 0-2 Measurements 13 ptp Waist 24 inches (Please note: re: Zipper, you need to hold the top of fabric by zipper for tension to go over the seam at waist. It's not a malfunction just needs tension. I'll post a video for reference.)
