Red floral dress with short sleeves, ruffles, gathers

This super cute dress is perfect for Spring! Pretty red floral chiffon fabric. Tie on front to gather the skirt up, creating a beautiful drapey slit. Great dress for Easter, a wedding, or everyday. The size tag and label has been removed. I would say it's a size small (2-4). Photographed on a size 2 mannequin. In great preloved condition.
