Ptp/chest? And waist measurements? Are the straps adjustable?

@reesieribs straps are adjustable, ptp across the bust is 15.5” unstretched. The back has stretchy elastic so it can accommodate a larger bust, if necessary. The waist is flowy so the measurement between the top of the pockets is 21”
