Red off-the-shoulder blouse with tie front

Reposhing this. It’s an adorable top in this beautiful shade of tomato red and am only selling as I didn’t realize it was off the shoulder from the photos (and was not described as such, ugh). It can be worn with the shoulders up but is a little snug under the armpits when worn this way. Material tag has been cut out but I’m assuming some type of polyester blend, feels very light and flowy.
