Red pencil dress XS-SMALL

I bought this dress saving it in my closet but now it’s too small for me! Fabric has stretch and the black is a see through mesh. Never seen this combination and it’s probably one of the reasons I fell in love with it. Like new! Size xs Size on dress says medium but measurements say otherwise. XS Measurements Waist up to 28” Hips up to 34” Length from top of shoulder 41”
