Red scoop neck long sleeve shirt

Red (more of a burgundy/maroon) scoop neck long sleeve shirt with ruffle-like hem on both shirt and sleeves. Has tie detail on both sleeves. Red lining on inside of shirt for front only. Gold dot like detailing present. Tag with washing details not present therefore, treat with care. Measurements (flat): shoulder- 15.5 inches, bust- 18.5 inches, sleeve- 23 inches, length- 22.5 inches Keep in mind measurements might vary slightly, I tried my best to be as accurate as possible.
