Red sheath dress with shoulder accent NWT

Canadian-made formal dress fits like US size 0. Fully lined, with hidden zipper closure. Knee-length skirt has a slit at the centre-back for easier movement (see photo). No defects that I am aware of - just decided on a different style for my occasion, and was unable to return this dress. The shoulder accent looks like it could be removed fairly easily (if desired).
