Red womens newsboy/lieutenant hat

This hat has never been worn (just tried on). Perfect condition, I think my head is just simply too small for it, not sure because I love this style of hat, I own plenty of them but this one just doesn’t fit right. Don’t hesitate to message me with any questions :)
