Reduced! Velvet Crinoline Sheath Dress

New - never worn. Black velvet bodice fits to just below the bust, with a ruched crinoline high-waisted silver skirt. 3/4 sleeves; cold shoulder, off-the-shoulder. Very flattering design. The bodice has a bit of stretch, but still enough of a firm hold. With the cut and ruching of the skirt, the dress holds, hides, and accentuates in just the right places. NWOT.
