Mid 2000s. This was a newer fabric blend for the time. 90%cotton 10% elastane Cold water wash. Hang to dry. The bottom of the sleeves are different. Same thing with the different textured fabric for the hood. The hot pink pipping on the sides and around the pocket are a nice touch. Approx measurements length 21 inches sleeves 22 inches Armpit to armpit 15.5 It's meant to be worn a bit fitted and there's stretch to the fabric.
