I created this adorable sheer maxi tutu from a double layer of lightweight polka dot tulle fabric & features a comfy elastic waistband. Flat measurements: Waistband width: 40cm - 50cm Top of waistband to hem: 78cm Side seam to side seam across hip area: 90cm In an effort to reduce waste item(s) are securely packaged in upcycled & recycled materials.
