florenceschmitt @momfeb212012 Sorry Sara, i told you I'd send the pieces without the turquoise because i havent received the stones yet. I wouldn't have sent them but I felt bad you not having received anything yet. Don't accept the order if you like, I dont mind. I gave you the turquoise one as a gift and I will send it out of pocket when I've finished it.

momfeb212012 They are wanting me to return all the items I don’t want to do that I like them I just want the turquoise necklace as you promise as well what do I do they give me three days to figure this out ugh I wish they had a phone number to talk to a person call email doesn’t work

Just remember that I had to show trust in you previously by ordering stones and materials before you bought the first necklaces, please trust that I'm a good person and I'll keep my word, which I promise I will. We have a great working relationship, you're a good customer and that's why I agreed to give you the gift.

momfeb212012 That’s why I really wanted you to design my grandsons birth necklace you are a wonderful designer I get great compliments on the two necklaces you made before I love that style and I just wanted something similar just a peridot with some hang tangs on the sides like you did with the turquoise necklace you have pictures of that would have been lovely I know I should have given you more information like that before I even like the station necklace like the blue topaz I’m just picky lol 😂

florenceschmitt @momfeb212012 actually I had a thought about that... what if I could get a peridot that is the same shape as the turquoise necklace I'm making for you? It would be in gold vermeil, which is gold plated over sterling silver, so it's all real. Would you like that? So exactly the same as the turquoise one but with peridot. I'd have to think a little about how to do the inscription, just because the name is so long it may have to go by the clasp

I already ordered the turquoise stone so I'm definitely making you that one, but i saw a peridot in the same shape for a really good price, but it doesn't come in sterling silver, only vermeil, but I would be able to make that one for $36. Dont worry though, I'll get to work on the turquoise one when it arrives.

momfeb212012 Have you received the turquoise to even make the necklace for me yet they emailed me saying if you don’t send it out by beginning of September then they don’t believe you will send it. And will release the payment out to you no matter what so I don’t know what else to do with that 😔

Literally all I can do is ask you to trust me, or send it all back and I'll resend when I've finished. I haven't received the stones yet so it wont be with you before the first of September. I dont know what else to do, so sorry.
