Reformation Besse Dress in Bettie (Black and White Polka Dots)

This is a lightweight georgette fabric with a dry handfeel - 100% viscose. Dry clean only. Size 4 measurements on site: Bust 35 in Waist 27 in Hip 39 in Seller's note: Worn only once; excellent condition. I am a size 4 and I found that this was slightly large in the waist compared to other Reformation dresses. (See photos for measurements.) Otherwise it's gorgeous! Note that the site copy says non-adjustable straps but these definitely adjust—they are tie straps, as can be seen even in the site photos.
