@mit228 so sorry for the delay! I had missed your comment. Both the bust and waist are approximately 13 inches, lying flat. But note that the back is smocked, so it’s a flexible dress that will fit sizes 2-4. I’m generally a size 2-4 depending on the brand. I’ve also added the reformation sizing chart to the listing.
