Elegant crepe fabric, masterful design, execution and tailoring with thoughtful details like understated puff sleeves that add the perfect feminine touch. It needs a dry clean - I've included photos of the marks and spots so you can see they're all from a normal day of wear and will come out. Otherwise, it is in excellent used condition.
