Regal antique 10k gold ring with pearl and rubies

This distinguished and dainty ring is, alas, not a fit for any of my fingers. It came to me from my aunt, who was born in the 1920s, and though I'm not sure of its exact age, online research suggest the 1940s. It features a 5.8 mm cultured pearl in a gold swirl setting, framed by rubies (which may be synthetic, but their tiny size means that's not very important to the ring's value or appearance). It is marked 10K in one place and a couple of characters (probably the maker's mark) in another. It's in excellent shape - the pearl was just replaced. Size 5.
