Reiss Carey India ruffle pintuck floral dress

Reiss Carey dress size 8. Hem on black inlay is coming out for approximately 10 Inches in length, but could be easily sewn (pictured above). I have photographed the approximate measurements and would not recommend this dress for someone with a long torso, as it was too short for myself. Zipper and buttons are all in working and intact.
