Measurements: Waist 16” flat lay Length 17” Inseam 4.5” Rise 10” No stains. Pulling in the shorts underneath, none noted on outer skirt. Base of zipper shows a small separation in the seam, does not effect zipper and looks like it may have been from manufacture.
