Reitmans Cold Shoulder Lined Dress 1x

This beautiful dress has one cold shoulder that has a strap with a tie at the top of your bare shoulder It is fully lined. It is made by Rietman’s but the size tag has been removed. I estimate this to be a size 1X but please do see photos for measurements.
