Reitmans flowy flowery, mermaid style skirt

Reposhing this item I purchased from @janetgellately. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. The skirt is flowy, light (but with a liner!) and gorgeous but just a bit too big for me. Photos don’t quite do it justice. Questions? Leave a comment below!
