Reitman’s short, sheer flowered dress with stretchy blue underlay, XL

Sheer flowered dress with stretchy navy blue underlay dress is comfortable for everyday wear. The picture with white t-shirt underneath shows back v-cut and ties. T-shirt not included. No size label but I wear USXL (38D) and it fits. Worn once.
