Reitmans brand Ladies size XL white with flower pattern short, flutter sleeve blouse. Open neck option with 1 button closure, very cute line details around collar, upper bust area. Flowy, almost tunic style. Semi sheer, two layers. Top layer has floral pattern, bottom layer is plain white. Lightweight, perfect for spring and summer. Layer with a denim jacket and ankle pants for an evening out, or dress it up with a blazer and slacks for the office. Brand new with tags, no flaws that I can see.
